Hiding Radar Detector

Hello everyone. I live in Ontario (where RDs are not permitted) and Im looking for the best mounting location for one.

I have seen, and like, the fake third brake light option, with the exception that I will not have access to change the detector settings (mine does not have a remote display) and secondly, if Im suspected of driving with one because of a reaction to an alert, my car will get searched and it is almost certain to be found at that point.

I would prefer to have a more convenient location where I can quickly remove it if needed to stash on my person, but where its hidden from view and the detector is not obstructed.

You guys have any interesting suggestions?

Yes, but Bel makes the only detector invisible to Spectre, that's why Spa_S2000 has the STi Driver which is an awesome detector by itself but it's the only detector choice for many.

There isn't much room in the NSX to hide a detector. The STI driver would probably fit in the the ashtray area if you modified it. Then to hide it, you could just flip the lid down.
