Question is, how the F#ck do you stop that annoying porno music!??!?!? I got an annoying flash ad for "webcam" entertainment of the adult kind w/ matching porno music that repeats it self over and over and over. This is right below the video.
Any how, if you get the same annoying ad like I did, just hit refresh and a new ad w/o the music should replace it.
Hmmmmmmm VERY interesting! The guy is ABSOLUTELY in the right. He showed more restraint than I would have, cause I would have at least stepped in front of her so that she could not enter my property . That officer should lose his job for not enforcing the law, and basically telling her to go ahead and enter his property, only because he 'thought' she was right .
"State of Indiana Vs Robert Trimble, appeal from Jennings Superior Court Indiana to the Indiana Supreme Court....... Indiana State Supreme court ruled officer seeing crime / evidence from public that any public citizen could see, investigating a tip of a crime, including parking car in driveway to walk to the home, is allowed to warrantless enter the premises ( yard ) to investigate further. Court further states that officer entry onto private property and their observations do not violate fourth ammendment when they have a legitimate investigatory purpose for being on the property limitting thier entry to places visitors would be expected to go. Indiana Supreme court decided ruled on this type situation 02-21-2006. Also mentions timely tip from a person and health / safety of others.
The Deputy could have walked with the woman to investigate any health hazards to the public"
I would like to see if the Health inpector or the police officer would pull the same $hit in a neighborhood with fenced in million dollar homes. But again those in million dollar homes don't have a problem with affording a septic system installed correctly.
"Followup info is difficult to find, and it appears some of the landowner's moves may not have been the smartest. Here is a link where he "calls upon the Indiana militia" to right the wrong he's suffered. Apparently his request for a jury trial in state court was denied and the property was seized. Apparently he later tried to sell the property on ebay."
"If you aren't hiding anything, what do you have to worry about?"
That is a VERY Stalinist belief... If that statement is true, just burn the Constitution now....
Whether the guy is a nut or not, that logic allows for cops to come search ANYONE'S house, ANYTIME, just to see... I mean, if you aren't breaking any laws, what are you worried about?
The guy may indeed be nutty, but that does not make him any less right in this case. (He seemed to have a better understanding of the Constitution and his rights than the cop and the woman put together.) If the woman thought he was in violation of some law, she should have gotten a warrant to enter his property. It would not have taken that long. How is this not clear to a cop? And if she does this type of thing for a living, she should have some documentation, etc. that states that she can enter someones property without a warrant.
Yes, this is indeed scary Stalinist stuff if she needed a warrant and was not made to get one.
