How do you stop fuel pump relay from clicking at 4000 rpm?

I'm sick and tired of that fuel pump relay clicking at 4000 rpm.
Anyone know what I cut to stop it?
I am running a Walbro without boost-a-pump with the resistor jumpered in the engine bay.
Thanks
Trev

huh? what do you mean clicking? are you sure it's not a clicking noise in your head!!!!!

No, that noise is my memories of you! oh, here comes the boyz in the white coats! Got ta run!!!!!!!!!
T-bone

oh , you mean like in your room at the manteo???

Thanks Brian, thats the one behind the drivers seat right. Like, just unplug all the wires, Hum that doesn't sound right to do, maybe just the wire that feeds the relay, the one that makes it go click and redirects the current to the fuel pump to the resister first. I don't know!

Wil, I don't remember you being Blonde!

Yes its on the left side by the TCS box, just unplug the connector to it.

Just unplug it? Is'nt that rellay for anything? Can it just pluged of and the car is working still fine? Whats the reason for that releay beegin there if it can pluged out so easiliy? I hate that clicking also :=)

The relay contact closes at 4000 RPM shorting out the the fuel pump resistor providing full power to the fuel pump. This is how the stock system works, if you are stock the relay and resistor should be left as is. As noted Trev has his resistor jumped out so the relay is just making noise.
