How does the Itrader rating system work?

I have sold a few things and bought some and never posted a review on their rating. How does that work? I thought I would click on their name and then click on button "post review" but I don't see anything like that on our names. What is the story behind it?

You click on the number on their feedback score, which will take you to the page to leave feedback.
