How to Clean Black Rubbers?

Could you please recommend something that will clean the black rubber/plastic trims surrounding windows? Due to the age, those trims look dull.

I have done one application of Zymol Seal on my door gaskets. It really softened them up, but I continue to get a thin residue on my windows. I probably just applied to much when I did it.
