Here is the graph of the setting that my car did the 10.73sec 1/4 mile run on. Sorry it took so long to post, I haven't been doing much prime lately.

Nice numbers ! What clutch are you running ?

The kit has about 4,000 miles on it. I am running a spec stage 3+ clutch.

What level of boost was this run at? Also, where do you keep it for daily driving?

fwiw, I have 2000 miles at 9.5 psi, but reduced the boost to 8psi with my last tune, approx 1000 miles ago... Your torque is much more impressive at the higher boost setting

The aem is controling the boost and it gradually increases to 14 psi at the end. My base tune is set at 8psi.

I just still cannot believe this car.

Agreed! Big miles, seems to be daily driven, not a big, big money kit and the numbers to hang with virtually any supercar on the plant. Way to represent:biggrin:

Very Cool, A couple more questions if you do not mind.

You said stock motor, did you do any cam or valve work, or change the head gaskets to other than OEM? Head bolts replaced to studs?

Did you leave the VVIS active or delete them?

What type of intercooler are you running and are you logging IAT?

Have you played with the VTEC engagement point or did you leave it at stock RPMs?

I am wondering if you would care to share your timing table info from your tune, I am working on mine and have collected a few others for reference in building mine? If so send me a PM.

Very impressive.

The motor is completely stock. VVIS is still active.
I have not changed anything with the intercooler. It is the same as HP built.
The intake temps were only getting up to 120-130 degrees on a 85-90 degree day.
I think VTEC is set at 5400.

Did you reverse the polarity on the heat exchanger?

I doubt it..but look into it...My v-tec kicks in around 3000-3500 rpm, then again not everybody is the same....

Correct, I did reverse the polarity on the fan so in would run the other direction.

Wow - I didn't think 540hp would get you into the 10's. Nice work

That kit looks amazing. If you do not mind sharing, how much do you have into this setup so far?

HP performance turbo kit $7995
Upgrade turbo $750
Spec stage 3+ clutch $1750
Install $2800 total

Vtec is 5400rpm

Spec Stage 3+ Clutch? Isn't that a bit of an overkill? That clutch setup must have one mean bite to it. Is the clutch kinda heavy to engage? I am curious.

Nevertheless, great numbers on the dyno chart!
