I want to order hub rings for my new wheels as the wheel bore is wider than my hubs. If my wheel bore is 73.3mm and my rear hub is 64mm, do I oder rings that are 73.3 OD and 64 ID or do I have to add 1mm to the hub and subtract 1mm from the bore to get them to fit (64.1mm / 73.2mm)? Sorry for the stupid questions, I've never had to deal with hub rings!

They should have come with the wheels. Have your wheel supplier give them to you for free. They are included in the purchase price.
