Funny, I've thought about doing this, but more to catch people in the act of doing bad things to my car.

I remember a time at our old office when my boss and business colleague had their Ferrari 355 and 360 parked next to my NSX on the roof of the structure within view from our office. We watched as a couple went from car-to-car-to-car to pose for pictures. I had to take pics of them doing this (they spent nearly a half-an-hour doing this)...but didn't have a video camera handy.
