Someone came in asking him to do an NSX EXACTLY like mine after seeing it in a parking lot and taking pics.

Down to the rims, satin black/gloss black paint scheme, LED tails and daytime running lights, Type R wing, lip, skirts, diffuser, hood, smoked side markers...

even the interior leather and console.

I'm I wrong to find this lame and disturbing?

My friend said I should be flattered, but that is way too much IMO.

By the way, the guy who did my car refused to do it even before asking me. He'll probably just go to someone else...

Its flattering, but I'd be pissed if someone copied my car exactly mod for mod and colors, etc.

I agree, its okay to use it for inspiration, but to copy everything? Thats going a little too far.

I wouldn't mind if I had a car exactly like mine, I would love to look at it driving by as I never get to see it from behind the steering wheel.

I always ask my wife to do a drive by, fast, slow, turning, reversing, and all other possible angles; even going down a hill while I stand at the bottom. It is not double; but exponentially sexy.

Yep, I think it is a compliment. Though, I would want to find out who it is. Why? Because if the car is that distinctive, then you would want to know who that guy is in case he does something stupid and they think YOU did it.

Fine I will take some pics and put em up when the weather gets better.

I guess I can't control what others do, so whatever...

I would be irked out by that too.

That being said your car is very nice, but it took too long for you to post pictures. Keep an eye out for notes on your windshield.
