I would like to modify my car for sale add

Hello.

I'm currently having the front end of my car painted. When the work is done, I would like to modify the language of my for sale add to include this paint work. However, the edit option is not available to me for the original post. Are modification of the original post not allowed? Can language modification only be made in subsequent posts?
