Info Needed Rocket125 Dirt Bike

A friend who knows lesss then me about dirt bikes which is close to zero, asked me today about a 125cc Roketa Dirt Bike. Any Help??

Unless it says, Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, KTM (more common brands), I wouldn't buy it. (Unless of course it's one of the cool more rare brands like Aprilia, BMW, etc etc)

In other words, 9 of 10, if you don't know the name, it might suck.
