I've got a copy of this book. I got it at Classic Motorbooks a while back. It tells the development of the NSX when it first originated in '91 and about the features the car has and a driving impression. Very short book, only 72 pages.

try www.ewacars.com I bought that and a book by Brooklands on all roadtests from 1989 to 1999. Definitely the right source and price is cheap and it is on sale. Better than buying from ebay which is real rip-offs.
