interior question please help

im looking into buying a 91 - 92 nsx i saw a picture of the interior of the car on a website http://www.scienceofspeed.com/products/interior_performance_products/NSX/ScienceofSpeed/navigation/photos/nav2_display_large.jpg

is the panel brushed aluminum stock or black, also i like the way the stock radio lights up red, is that stock on a 91-92, im also interested in the shift knob, i know the navigational system isnt stock, thanks..

The stock radio is indeed red/orange on the '91/'92s (as is the climate control).

I believe Chris from Science of Speed has stated that the console pictured was a prototype and not the actual color of the production unit. Chris??

The panel is painted. You could achive this by taking out our center panel along with your armrest panels on each side and have a body shop paint it silver or any shade of color you want.

Are you referring to the center panel around the stereo, a/c, etc.?

If you are, it isn't black. It appears to look like "titanium" in color, very similar to the GruppeM shift knob.
