Is it just me...?

No, you're not the only one. I too noticed this behavior w/MYNSX's Windows 98 PC, but didn't wanna mess with it as there was a bunch of C.R.A.P.(tm) loaded on it. My guess is misconfigured software firewall and/or IE security settings. What are you running on your PC?

demigod: the gray stuff on the lettering in your avatar looks weird.

I'm running Windows XP and few weeks ago everything was fine both from both my home wireless network and my college's network. I just started having this problem a few days ago and I haven't do anything to my comp recently... weird...

Several people have reported this but so far all of them have been fixed on the user side. What firewall are you using?

I'm using Norton's symentec client firewall with a linksys rounter/wireless access point... I didn't really try messing the settings yet cause for the past few weeks I was literally drowned by all the midterms, projects, work and such... Actually I still got a lot to do... Won't get a break till nest Tuesday... :(
