Is it possible 4a local performance mechanic 2 install a nsxmodified custom turbo kit

I was looking at nsx modified custom turbo kit, and it says it cost about $5000 installed.. since I live on the east coast, is it possible for a local performance mechanic who has installed other turbo kits to install this one. I know, why won't you just call them, but I know there are owners who own the kit, and I would like to know their experiences with the kit, etc.

I would go with a Comptech SC, or for cheaper power, a small shot of Nitrous.
