I've just upgraded to the latest firefox and some threads are causing my Firefox to crash. Seems ok on other PCs but on this PC and my personal laptop it seems to crash it. I've also tried reinstalling Firefox to no avail.

I'm now forced to use IE (which I hate) to access prime.

Firefox V.3.0.1

I've had problems with Firefox v3.0.1 on my home computer accessing bank of america website. It kept crashing when trying to log-in. But my office computer has the same version and I can access bank of america easily without problems.

I've decided to downgrade back to Firefox v2.whatever at home and haven't had problems yet. I'll wait till the clean up the bugs. (I too hate IE)

Using 3.0.1 right now. No problems with Prime or really any other sites. Are you running any oddball plugins or extensions?

My system is pretty bare bones. I'm not even running the google toolbar or the popular gmail plugin. This is my "workhorse" computer so I do a lot of basic task on this pc.

I might have to go into the registry and completely wipe out Firefox and start over. It appears a traditional unistall/install is not solving the problem.

Bah, this sucks... I will probably install Firefox V.2 (but V.3 is soooo much better!!!)

The latest one has been causing me trouble with running AOL radio and massive browsing at the same time. If I'm not listening to AOL radio, it runs ok regardless.

similar issues with me but instead its with adobe reader & Flash programs. I'm not comfortable accessing bank account and what not with Firefox yet.

oh well... will try a clean-uninstall.

When I upgraded to Firefox 3, it kept crashing. I discovered that it was a plugin that was causing the crashes. I forget which plugin it was but I think it had something to do with downloads which I installed a long time ago but don't use anymore. I found the solution from googling the symptoms.

new MAJOR problem. So this (laptop #2) laptop I'm on just got updated automatically to firefox 3.0.1. Let me tell you, FF 3.0 is a pile of crap!

Running FF 3.0.1 on Windows and Linux - no issues.

On Windows, FF bookmarks are under:

Code:
C:\Documents and Settings\*Your_Username*\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles
