IS300, will a Britax Child seat fit?

Why wouldn't it? Just about anything will fit in the back middle of a car like that, especially IF it has a middle back seat. Especially when my daughter's massive recaro seat fits nicely in the front of the nsx.

it should fit fine forward facing, not sure which Britax you're talking about, because it'll be tight rear-facing.

We have 8mo twins so I never tried anything in the middle seat, but their infant graco's wouldn't fit (rear facing) unless I was basically eating the steering wheel. So they only go in the truck. Last week we just got the Recaro Signo convertible (still rear facing), I haven't tried it in the IS, let me know if you want I'll try it out. Don't know what year your talking about but you know the 01 IS doesn't have the latch system right? If I was to do it over again I'd have gotten an 02+.

thanks for the feedback. yes talking about the Britax Marathon. likely will be putting the baby in the middle seat. will the latch system work for the middle? thanks :)

Jack

It'll work for the middle w/latch if it's an 02 or newer & front facing, I'll check the recaro tonight to see if it'll fit rear facing in the middle. Since you're getting the marathon I'm guessing you'll use it first rear facing (you haven't said). There really isn't a lot of room back there though, is this gonna be the daily driver for your kid?
