Japan has taken a step into the science-fiction world with the release of a 'robot suit' that can help workers lift heavy loads or assist people with disabilities climb stairs.

Heavy lifters like those in 'Aliens' could soon be a reality. Of course for the mean time, it's best use will be picking up chicks -- as pictured below.

Now if they can incorporate gyros into it like the segway human transporter so it's impossible to tip over...

This is going to sound geeky, but professor x (x-men) had a very similar suit in the comics (he's paraplegic for those not in the know). Copyright! :biggrin:
