I just received the NSX Technical Information and Development History book. But, along with the book, the guy sent me an Acura/Bose Music System Demonstration package. Has anyone else ever heard of such a thing? It is a "cassette tape which teaches you how to optimize sound reproduction from your music system, as well as a laser disc which dramtically demonstrates the quality of the system." It is all still sealed in shrink wrap and in it's original box from Acura. He also threw in the black/silver NSX book. I already had this one but 2 is nice when making the 'car room' look well designed. I really want to open both the book and the audio package but think I should probably keep it wrapped. Someone tell me that it's ok to open them ..

They'll be worth more on eBay if you leave them wrapped.

I've got all that stuff. They used to send those to owners back in "the old days".

I got them with my car but never even thought about them. I was more interested in optimizing my driving...

Hal, how did you get the kit with your car? It was used. Nice previous owner, I guess.

The person that owned it before me was let's say somewhat wealthy and hardly drove the car. I picked it up with only 4200 miles and it literally looked like it came of the show room floor. It had everything possible to purchase from Acura and every piece of documentation that came with the car. Funny thing was even the NSX phone service was stilled turned on.... I was nice and had the service disconnected.

BTW now I have to go open this package so I can experience what you've already experienced!
