Lamborghini Revention ($1.5 mil Super Lambo)!!!

i know i told few of you guys that there was a rumor that lamborghini italy was building a super secret project car that is tagged at $1.5 million. the prospective buyers weren't even shown photos or designs. they put a cool/hefty $750,000 deposit just to get their spots on the list. 10 of the 20 cars will land in the US, and the other 10 will be shipped around world-wide.

not too sure if i like/dig this model. looks a bit transformer-ish (a-la michael bay):

All that money and they still leave on those giant non-aerodynamic mirrors. For that type of money the car should have virtually no drag coefficient.

$1.5 million for that? RIP OFF!!!!!

For that much of coin, it should better be just a facelifted Murcielago with a slight power increment.

Cost aside, that is one very angry looking machine. Not the most aerodynamic, but so aggressive the wind would move out of the way in fear.

...it's still no NSX however. :D

Anyone who pays 1.5M for that car is mad at his money in my opinion. I hope they don't mind losing over a million dollars over the next few years.

Ok paint it white with red pin stripes and from the top view that front end echo's speed racers Mach 5. :biggrin: As long as it doesnt come with a monkey named Chim Chim (or what ever the things names was) im game if anyone wants to buy me one. :biggrin:

Ha! I really do think they are using a 'stealth' theme! They should of painted it flat black.

The Lambo girls were even in "flight gear" at the debut:

The stealth design is so un-aerodynamic that it needs a complex computer system to keep the F-117 Nighthawk moving straight and smoothly through the air. This car definitely will not fly.

The design is also old school stealth as they learned to smooth things out now. :)

they said their inspiration was a FIGHTER jet plane.... i have a feeling we'll see this lambo in a sequel to transformers :tongue:

looks more like a stealth fighter to me.

It would be almost like paying an extra several hundred thousands of dollar for a body kit on a murcielago. The base design is more or less the same.
 
That's cool... looks like dual LCD displays with gauge 'skins'. That kicks @$$.... I can see all the Lambo guys creating their own skins and uploading them to their car :).
 
The dash!!!! OMG!
I can already see the japanese having a murcielago in Tokyo Auto Salon January 2008 with a similar looking kit.
