This is a Yokohama A022 left rear tire, size 245/40ZR17, for the 1994-2001 NSX. The tread depth is 6/32" at the outer two grooves, 5/32" at the inner two grooves, so there's still some life in it - roughly 40 percent remaining.

This tire is still available. However, I checked the sidewall and it was manufactured in 1999. It's generally not a good idea to drive on 14-year-old tires. But in case you want it for car shows, it's still available (and still for free, for pickup). Otherwise I'm going to toss (recycle) it this summer.
