No restrictor.... and surely no 400 hp.
Car started last two year in german VLN championship without success.
No, not exactly correct, the last race he wons his class (3.0 l, concurrents were old BMW M3 cars !!!)

Resume: Too much old technic, no newer and better parts inside...no development and a driver (Armin Hahne), was too hard with this car.
The 24 h race/Nürburgring year 2002 must be cancelt after practice, because the car loosed some wheels all the time.
One of the ex-drivers told me that he will never will sit in this car voluntary.
One year before (2001) the same NSX (with yellow colour) collapsed in race after some laps (less than 1 hour) with broken suspension.
The exhaust smelts the suspension.

For me as a real NSX fan it was a shame to see all this unprofessional works.
Its a pity to tell you that but its true.

I hope that the new 2003 NSX-R project with another (professional !) team will have more success.

The price would make me suspicious that the car's history is being misrepresented. A true LeMans (as in 24 hr. race) winner would bring much more I would think.

The LM winning-car (driven by Kunimitsu, Tsuchiya, etc) is in the Honda Collection Hall (museum) at Twin Ring Motegi in Japan.

This car is NOT a Le Mans winner. It ran GT races in Germany back in '94 with Armin Hahne behind the wheel. He won a couple of races
and made pole position at Zandvoort - I was invited by Honda Netherlands and saw it in action. When Honda quit racing the NSX after winning at Le Mans with their works car, this particular NSX ended up at Honda Josting in Germany. He had it for sale in his showroom for many years. At that time it was still dark pink on white, with large TTW decals on it.
Then this guy from Austria bought it and prepared it for the Nürburgring 24 hour race. Unfortunately it didn't last that long, and
after two unsuccessful attempts in a row it's now up for sale.
Don't take the guys selling this "Le Mans winner" too seriously. It was for sale at Jostings for 150,000 Deutsch Marks, INCLUDING all those spare parts. That's about $82,000
Right now there is nothing left of its original heritage, these Austrians completely raped this once beautiful machine.
