Looking to buy my first NSX....

Can anyone give me some advice on what to look for in a 91 5spd.? I've read about the snap ring. How do I know if the tranny is in range or not. Thanks in advance for any help and advice.

The range is given in the FAQ section on the transmission, here. To find the transmission number for any particular car, click on the link within that FAQ section, where it says, "See Locating Engine and Transmission Numbers for instructions on locating the transmission number."
