MIL /CEL light kicks on. CTSC installed. No problems till Christamas time. Has been a problem ever since. What else can i check?

Codes P1201, P1202, P1203, P1204,P1205, P1206, P0300, P1399

New plugs
new fuel filter
new coil packs
refurbished injectors

It's bothering me and frustrating me to no end. I don't wanna keep paying money for a problem that no one can ID or fix.

It's flagging every injector. Maybe something's grounding out? On the older models there is a protective resistor that is common to all injectors. I wish there was a FSM online for the OBDII cars to confirm. Focus on the wiring between the ECU and the injectors, making sure the resistance values are correct. On the older cars I think it would be about 8 ohms at the ECU harness to measure both the resistor and the injector. How does the car run?

Sounds like a loose ground wire to me. Have seen this before with a CTSC installation. Check EVERY ground connection on the engine for tightness. Especially if right after the installation it was fine, then gradually started screwing up.

There was one other post, I cannot find it, in which the owner had the same problem, I suggested the same fix, he found there was a loose ground and all issues went away.

Shane and Mark from Autowave went through the entire wiring system and harness from the ECU to MAP sensor to CTSC. They heat shrunk/wrapped the connections. That should seal the connections up. It has to be something else. Where else in the line can there be a short? My car is a 1999. How many ground connections can there be? The CTSC installer didn't cut a whole circuit board full of wires and connections.

Danny.

When the CTSC is installed there is a ground at the intake plenium neer the alternator bracket that gets moved...make sure it was not tucked away and forgoten and that it has good ground at it's new location.
