Trivial question... On the Australian Honda site, the NSX is available in eight colours -- with optional black or tan interior. EXCEPT the "Monte Carlo Blue Pearl" which only has a black interior option. 
Why?

I thought it was a typo, but one i haven't been able to answer myself... even after contacting honda (no response) and checking NSXprime's FAQ.
