Was first in line, was contacted by the seller. Confirmed price as $500 shipped and asked if they took PayPal. Seller told me just Zelle or Venmo which I then chose to use Venmo. I sent the payment as goods and services with fees covered on my end to ensure they received the full $500. I let the seller know such. Seller then proceeds to tell me that they only wanted a transfer due to taxes and such and wanted to cancel the transaction. I asked if they haven’t sold $600 or so worth of items for the year that they wouldn’t get hit for taxes which he told me they recently sold their wheels. Long story short. Ended up canceling the transaction and getting issued a refund. Was buying for a buddy so I sent as a purchase to offer buyer protection for myself and my buddies money. Just wanted to let potential buyers know my experience. Thx
