By accident, I discovered that after you remove the key from the ignition, and before you open the door, you can raise and lower the windows. I must have overlooked this when I RTM the first time. So I went back and read it again, and sure enough it is mentioned in the manual. I guess that I should pay more attention when RTFM's.
