Hello, I'm planning on upgrading the wheels and tires on my "96" Comptech NSX-T. The wheels that I want are AZA Forged "Icon" wheels 18x8 front and 19x10 rear. And Nitto 555 - 225/35/ZR18 front and 275/30ZR19 Rear. Does anybody see any problems with these wheels and tire sizes??? I don't know much about "Offsets".
Also, would 285/30/19 tires fit on the rear?

Those are BEAUTIFUL wheels! The sizes are great too. I'm running 18x8 & 19x9.5 on 40 offset front and back. Yes, 285's will fit and is actually the max width for my 9.5" wide rears. That's what size I'm going to on the back next. I'm currently running 215 front and 265 rear. No rub unless I'm going up a steep driveway at an angle with the front wheels turned upward at full lock. Stock suspension. The only concern you might have is clearing the brake calipers with the wheel spokes, still shouldn't be a problem if you add a small spacer. That's IF you even rub, if not, perfect!

Offsets, you're gonna want to look around the 35-40 range or so. I wouldn't go any higher unless you do spacers. Remember, the higher the number, the more sucked in, the lower the number the more it's gonna stick out.

Check out this GREAT thread, then add your info and pic when you're done.

There are several problems. One is that a lot of people encounter rubbing problems with 225/35-18 front tires (some don't have problems, but many others do); you're better off with 215/35-18, so you can avoid the risk of rubbing.

The other problem with 18"/19" wheels is that very few (virtually none) really good tires are available in sizes to fit the NSX, so you're forced to settle for mediocre tires that will degrade the performance of your car. There are lots of choices of really good, top-of-the-line tires in the 215/40-17 and 265/35-18 sizes you can use with 17"/18" wheels.
