Need Help removing Steering Wheel

I did an extensive search, and found little help. I need help with disconnecting the cable reel (I assume it's the yellow plug with the warning tag hanging from it) and installing the short connector to the airbag side for safe disassemble. I can not seem to find where the heck I get the red short connector from and the manual is useless in regards to reference? Is this a special order tool/part from Honda? Anyone, please help as I have sold the wheel/Airbag assemble and the buyer is awaiting shipment. Thanks prime in advance................

Its stored in the back of the steering wheel in the removeable panel .Service manual Page 20-45 lower left picture of the steering wheel.

I was stressing over the same thing when I pulled my dash to replace the evap. Glad I was a help.
