so i just installed the coilovers and on on my first right turn the traction control kicked in.... please keep in mind, no tcs light, no abs light..... traction control kicked in on both left and right turns... when i turned the tcs off, there was no more hesitation... the car worked perfectly... I have 18/19 inch wheels with 215/35/18 and 265/30/19 and this never occured when the car was in stock height...

im assuming it is because the suspension now doesnt "give" as much and that is resulting in the sensors receiving more feedback from the road....

please advise....

ive been searching for the past hour for some answers and found nothing..

thanks in advance..

Maybe the suspension too low and the tires rub on the inside of the fender during turning.

I have the same set up, and the car is very low, and it happens the same thing sometimes. Im sure its fine.

Hmmm lowered on 19s in the rear and you have issues? I have NO idea what it could be

Gee, I APPRECIATE the sarcasm. Ha. I bought the car with the 18/19 setup and i will soon be purchasing a 17/18 setup or 18/18. It cant be because the car is too low, it's almostat stock ride height.

I did go a bit heavy on the compression which might be causing the problem. I'm going to adjust that today and see if that will fix the issue.

I am very relieved to find out that although it's not typical someone else on the forum has encountered the same problem.

Not typical? I can assure you that MOST lowered cars with 19s have a similar problem.

Heck, my car (with the PO) had 19s on STOCK height and had problems.

There is just NO reason to have 19s anywhere. Glad you are making a more appropriate move.
