A couple weeks ago I got stopped and given a fixit ticket for not having a front license plate, in the MISSION DISTRICT in San Fran. I guess she didn't see the drunk guy that fell down in the street while she was writing the ticket. ANYway, I don't even have the front bracket for my plate, and I'm hoping to borrow one to get it signed off, and return it afterwards. Any kind souls out there have one I can use for a week?

I've got one and can bring it to the South Bay club lunch Sat if you don't find one to borrow sooner. I do need it back promptly, as the no-front-plate citation seems to be a rather oft repeated event in the SF Bay Area these days.

I also have one I keep in my trunk...

I will likely be at the South Bay meeting this week should Number9 forget to bring it. I would be fine with letting you borrow it for a short period of time (if you remind me

Prov4re,

Do you have a front plate. I know it's required in Ontario. I haven't been stopped but I ordered the Dali plate bracket just in case. I'm not a big fan of front plates so I'll wait until I get stopped to install it. Have you had any problems in Windsor.

Sorry if ben a little bussy plowing snow for the past few days. Man I wanted to get one last drive in o well. Time to install the wings west kit. To awnser your question I got the Dali stelth plate also . Wow what a big difference in looks all those little things add up. Yea the cops are bad over here they wrote me for no plate three times in my F car.

In Oregon, the "fix-it" ticket can be taken care of with a simple photo...

I would just take duct tape and tape it from the back of the plate to my front bumper, then take a picture.
