I just installed a NEO iPOD interface unit. It works great with the factory raido buttons controlling the iPOD. Very easy to install using the 8 pin DIN connector originally meant for the trunk mounted CD changer. It supports all the generations of iPODs including the Tounch and iPhone.

what was the product number you actually ordered to get the 8 pin DIN cable?
As well, where did you purchase??

Hi

This sounds good. I may have to get me one of those.

I may have to wait a year until I buy a new Kenwood double din unit. This adapter will let me have access to the Ipod on the factory stereosystem.

Do you have any more information, such as price, where to purchase, link, etc?

I wonder how this compares to the Grom Audio device.

Hi

When I looked into this the Grom Audio device is better. I first thought I would put the Ipod in the back where the 6 disc is and hook up a NEO.

Then I found out that I could choose playlists on the Ipod if it is connected to the Grom Audio.

That is a lot better than just having this NEO playing from song 1 and onwards.
