New car questions; what is it? where is it?

I was going over my new yellow 01 today and I noticed some things that raised questions.

1. I found three small bolts in the glove box; two are the same and gray, the third is black. I wonder if they are left over from them installing the keyless entry? Any ideas?

2. The manual says there are "plugs" used to prevent wind noise when removing the top. It says the plugs are in the glove box. Any ideas where else to look? and what they look like?

3. I bottle of touch up paint came with it. It says Indy Yellow Pearl Y-52P. Is this the same as spa yellow pearl?

by the way. In the back bottom of the glove box, there are three slots. Should these bolts be in those slots? The box seems study and not falling apart.

Yes, it is. As noted in the FAQ section on "Colors", the color sold as Spa Yellow Pearl in North America is called Indy Yellow Pearl in Japan. You can be sure it's the same color, since it has the same color code. (The Y-52P code on the bottle matches the code shown on the door jamb of your car, as well as in the FAQ.)
