Well, I had decided a little while ago that having two coupes was a little much, so my 2004 RSX Type S had to go. It was sent to a new home on the 12th of this month, and for the last few weeks I've been flogging a 1985 Civic GL four door ("The Spare Car") as my daily beater. The new car was gonna be a sedan, as I wanted to be able to take passangers in the back without the RSX based complaints about space, quiet, comfortable, and good for the crappy bumper-to-bumper commutes to and from work on the highway.

Originally, I had done a deal with Acura of Victoria for a 2006 CSX Touring. A mid-year update had the Touring model getting a sunroof for a very small increase in price, so I was waiting on one of these to arrive. A few delays and a slow sales month at Acura, however, had them make me an offer I couldn't refuse. A 2006 CSX Premium, same color as the Touring I had wanted, for a *VERY* small increase in monthly payment. And I got to bring it home that night!

Congrates .....That looks like a nice car....I havent seen one here on the roads anywhere ?

Canada only model

As Hugh pointed out, it amounts to an upscale Civic. Since '97, here in Canada we've been able to buy such a car, the 1.6EL('97-'00), the 1.7EL('01-'05), and now the CSX.

Bodywise, the CSX uses the front rear ends from the Japanese market Civic. It's got all the features of a 2006 EX Civic, with a few nice extras, like the 155 horsepower 2.0L DOHC i-VTEC from the base RSX, steering wheel mounted paddle shift for the auto trans, heated leather seating, HID headlights, six disc in dash CD changer, heated outside mirrors with integrated turn signals, automatic climate control, more sound deadining, chrome accented outside door handles, dual tip muffler, and so on. And of course the big "A" badge to make myself feel classy
