I really that spoiler and it is in my price range. I wonder how is the weight of the spoiler compare to the real NSXR spoiler. Thanks

close up pic of the joint seam?? How does it compare to the Taitec CF one??

See, I left the original R and Procar wing options out as I know they are definately much better, they are in a different class in price and quality ;)

Chris, Iwould like to do the carbon fiber hood.Is there any way something can be developed to carbon fiber the tops of the pop up lights so they match the hood??John

hi guys --

1. Sig - the TAITEC hood has a deeper duct which could be used. However, since I believe you were considering building a duct from the radiator up into the hood, the depth of the hood's duct becomes irrelevant as long as the duct mates to the hood. This will also allow you quite a bit of flexibility to fashion the duct around accessories you may have in your front bonnet area. At this price, it's probably a good method.

2. I'm unsure of the weight to compare the two, however, the Cantrell spoiler is significantly lighter than the standard factory spoiler.

3. I'll take some close up photos of the spoiler and hood over the next day or two for you.

4. Sorry, the NSX-R rear spoiler does not come with a rear LED lamp. The factory option is available, and could be grafted in, however, it is very expensive (around $900.00). We have not found anything that cleanly integrates into the spoiler. If it becomes available in the future, we will let you know.

Cheers,
-- Chris

hi John --

I'll let you know about this shortly.

Cheers,

damn its still a bit rich for me atm, BUT it looks very good and is a pretty great price reduction from the closest item being the Procar wing for $1600. I may have to sell my Dreamsportz wing and my last SL1200 Technics turntable to finance this part

Great stuff Chris, keep it coming

when are you going to add links to these products in your categories listed on your web site??? I just dont want to loose these pages, and I cant get to them from any other plce but these links in this thread!

I think he means that you can't get directly to the products when browsing the SOS webpage.
Of course you can - e.g. the spoiler via the links "NSX products", "exterior performance products", "aero and ground effects".

But as I just saw, Chris, there is a link problem at your site: You mixed up the links for "rear spoilers" and "valence & diffusers". So - at the moment - you find the Cantrell rear spoiler under "valence& diffusers".

This link problem has obviously been solved now as I just saw - so spoilers are under "Spoilers" again.
