New front offset

Here is the look with 34 offset instead of 28. Much better on high speed compression. The 34 has a more narrow lip by 1/2 inch. Now we are going to design the fronts so they are at fender edge but also have the wider lip. I hope this info will be useful to us all.

Could you post a picture of the sidewalls showing the tire sizes? Eric doesn't believe that those are really 215/315 F/R widths

RP, are you still working on a similar setup? I recalled that you were heading in the same direction.

LOOKS SWEET!

What are the sizes and offsets?

What tire is that?

Did you have to do any special mods?

Are you making wheels?

Will they clear BBK's?

From the pics it seems that you have some negative camber at the rears (appr. -1.5 to 2 deg.) but about 0 deg. at the fronts. I'd suggest some more neg. camber there for the handling or am I wrong?

I am going in for an alignment once my final set of fronts are installed. I will be setting the car up for max tire wear. I do not race my car I drive around town and events only.My goal in this project was to design a wheel tire package that looks the sickest while not requiring any fender mods. I have mounted 3 to 4 different sets to get the sizing just to my liking. I will have newer fronts next week. They will come to fenders edge and get my 2.75 inch lip back. I will also be lookng at a NSX-R copy in a 19x11 and 18x8 soon.

So your setup is 19*11 +34 & 18*8 +34? It looks sweet dude; do you have a rear pic?!?

Is RP Motorsport the the company I need to contact in order to get a similar setup?

...damn...nice setup...

Once all final pricing is set, we will post. I was doing a 315 wide for a guy who wanted the TE37 in a 10.5" We found out that the 10.5" TE37 is no longer made! So WORK and other custom built wheels (like above) will suffice. A + 47mm or +48mm will hold a 315 tire. (depending on suspension and camber) You can find a wheel that is avail in that offset, or just above that (example +50mm +55mm etc etc) and use a spacer to move it back to +48mm. Or better yet get one built to the exact offset needed!

Stay tuned.....
