New Owner in Northern VA - Spring Meet Up?

Hey everyone,

Wanted to introduce myself; finally bought a '91 NSX after owning 5 S2000's and many other Honda/Acura's over the years. Hoping to get out and meet some of the local DMV owners once spring rolls around.

I've heard the DMV has a facebook group page but I left facebook a few years ago, the easiest way to get in touch with me is on IG at Apex_Late. I'll probably stop by Katie's Cars and Coffee in the spring once it warms up but am open to any other meet ups.

For big meets, I generally post here - but there are a lot of times small pickup meets that happen fast which makes Facebook a useful resource. For example, last weekend some of the guys got together and met up at Katie's. If any owner lives in the Greater DC area and owns a NSX, pop me a message and i will be happy to add you to the group.
 
I sold all of my NSX and switched over to the dark side..lolz I surprise to see so many old members here after all these years.

PoohBEAR....no problem, as a former NSX owner, and I am sure still an NSX enthusiast...you are certainly welcome. Dark side cars accepted:smile:
 
Hey all. New member to the forum. Just got a 91 NSX and am looking forward to getting it out on the road (once titled and registered). I'm in Burke, VA. I'm not on FB either. Was wondering, is there an NSX specialist in our area that you take your car to? I'm a bit of a DIYer but for some of the bigger stuff, I like to outsource.
 
Hey Aargh I'm right down the county parkway from you off of popes head. Would we cool to meet up sometime. As far as an NSX expert we are lucky to have Ben from Daisy auto in woodbine MD. My car is going to him soon. Can't pm you for some reason.
 
Ben @Daisy is certainly the man for the heavy lifting on Prelude work.

Burke isn't far away, reach out if you are looking to catch up with other owners. I am often at an Annandale meet on Friday evenings.

Glad to see I have some close company. Thanks for the reply on Ben at Daisy Auto. It would be nice to meet up at some point.
 
Not new to MD/VA, but I will also be relocating to NOVA in another month. I dont have the cooler cars like most have here and my car knowledge is limited to oil changes, but if you put a heads up out here I'll try to join!

Does anyone ever hit up the weekly Friday night Chik-fila/Lowes car meet in Sterling? Thinking of going in a couple weeks after my NSX is back from the shop
 
Didn't know there was a meet up in Sterling. Still waiting to get my NSX registered and titled. Still waiting on the title being released in FL from PO. Would be interested in going later on.

The MidEast NSX Meet would be a perfect opportunity to christen your NSX and meet up with 43 NSX Owners from 10 states. Check the Southeastern forum for more details. May 18-20 in Raleigh, NC.

This area needs a bump. I became a Virginian a few months ago. I am in the Woodbridge/Manassas area if anyone is near here and wants to meet up some time, or know where there are some weekly/monthly meets that I can stop by to kill a few hours.

Not mechanically inclined at all but I have some beer and now have a garage to be able to do some maintenance on the car.
