Newark,Ca to Monterey,Ca Cruise--June 22.

A friend of a friend is organizing a cruise/meet on June 22. All cars are welcome. There will be a range of cars attending including NSX's, M3's, Porsche's, Corvettes, etc. We will all meet in Newark and drive down to Monterey. I will post more details soon. Post here if you are interested. This way I can get an idea of how many people will be coming from our side.

Here is a copy of the email I just got with some details:

Meet in Newark by the empty lots for some warm-up and tune up.

880 South to 101

101 South to Gilroy

142 over the mountains and toward the ocean (nice twisties...)

HWY 1 along the coast and back

The trip should take about half a day if we start early enough. It is a nice scenic route. So the less adventurous can enjoy the sights while calling to see how far ahead everyone else is.

We will grab lunch in Monterey and impress the locals with our trends and styles....(local police, that is).

It looks like this meet is cancelled. I've tried multiple times to get details on the event and i've gotten no response from the organizer. This would have been a lot of fun
