When I run my AC after I start my car, I find that the temperature is decently cool, but after running it for about a half and hour, it is not keeping up as well, when the outside temperature is 28 to 33 degrees Celsius or 80 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit. If I have the AC turned off, the temperature set at 18 degrees Celsius (approx. 64 degrees Fahrenheit) and set to bring in fresh air, I am finding that the air being circulated is a lot hotter than the air on the outside of the car. Having said that, I changed the setting from fresh air to recirculated air, with the windows open, thinking that the cooler air being brought in would cool the air coming out of the vents. I think the air was just as hot as when I had it set to fresh air. This doesn't make sense. Has anyone run into this before?
