I just tried that link and it works fine, so I believe the problem is with your system.

You MUST have Acrobat Reader 5.x, not 4.x. That is the most common problem.

If that's not it, try right-clicking the link, doing a "save target as" and opening it from your hard drive... The Acrobat Reader plug-in is not always very stable.
