Hey all. First of all, I hope you all will not rag on me TO badly for being a CRX owner. I stumbled onto the board from a CRX Forum, and have really thought the people here seem exceptionally cool, so I figured I'd post once or twice, and just say "hello" from Tampa. Onto the subject. I am not knowledgeable at all about NSX's, let alone modified NSX's. I was curious, as to what kind of quartermile times any of you NSX owners here in Florida are running? I just purchased my CRX a week ago, so it is bone stock, so I cannot really tell you what I am running, although I believe a stock CRX runs 17's...eck. Anyways, maybe sometime if you guys go to BMP, or Sunshine here in Tampa, then I'll go, too..and get to see some nice NSX's, and even talk to you all a bit. Take it easy...

I haven't had a chance to put in any 1/4 mile times in my car on the track, but I've run the 1/4 through the G-Tech and also a timed 1/4 mile out in these warehouses...

Neither is very accurate...The Gtech being the closest I'd assume, but here were my times:

13.9 (spun alot)
13.44 (my best launch...probably to date)
13.7 (no tire spin)
14.1 (only run i made during the day...2 hours of driving, no cool down, and it was about 95+ degrees)

I'm pretty convinced on a track, i can pull off a mid to low 13 second run. By the time its track time, I'll have some mods done in order to hit that time. Oh and I'll be taking my friends slicks, so chop off another 4 tenths or so.

Mrock, I happen to have a real soft spot for the CRX, email me some time and I will meet up with you

David

I run:

13.44 @ 108 - 245 width rear tires, bad launch
13.1 @ 109 - 245 rear tires, good launch
12.2 @ 119 - 245 rear tires, TERRIBLE launch and lots of lost traction (this was with nitrous)

Hopefully I'll be running mid-11's with slicks on the car.

:)
