I dont know if it is politically correct to post these pics, so if anyone has a problem please speak up.

There were more custom plates then there were after market wheels.

Hello prova4re,
I attended NSXPO '03 and did not get the opportunity to see all the plates shown here, so

for taking the time and posting this. I have no problem with my car being included as part of this thread, and actually, I'm flattered by it.

Our plates are exposed to the public eye every time we take our Xs out, so unless someone has a warrant or something, I don't see a problem with them posted here.

I took my car down to Times Square a while back to meet someone, and no sooner did I stop in front of the hotel, a swarm of flashes popped away. Some of the people that approached me about the car (that took pictures) were from other countries, so I'm ok with it here. They even let me pose next to her.

It was nice seeing everyone again...

Totally Crazy Collection!!!
My fav's are MYNSX, ANYTIME, NSX-T (wow, who got this plate?!), Fury XX..... oh... they're all NSX's so i love them all.

So Ms.Purple was at NSXPO this year? How's she doing? She's a cool chick -- she won my respect.

Thank you so much!!

I really do appreciate and love your pic collections under different topics and themes.

I saw this car at NSXPO '03 and thought the same then... Look at the fourth NSX pictured from the top (red). I wonder if the owner requested the plates with Ferrari misspelled on purpose (his plate says "FERARRI"), or did DMV mess this one up?

Hi Miled!!! It's Conrad. It was great to finally meet you. Hopefully we can meet again at NSXPO 2004! Thanks again for the momento and for ALL YOU'VE DONE in NY!!!

The car with the "FERARRI" plates is from San Diego. He posts here on NSX Prime as "I'm NSXed". He used to own Ferrari's... and just decided to transfer the plate over to his NSX.

Hey Conrad!

Great meeting you too and yes, looking forward to Watkins Glen next year. I wanted you to have it so you're very welcome for the memento; take good care of it. My thoughts are with the California FD for their heroics efforts to save as many lives, homes and land as they possibly can.

Oh, ok but... FERARRI is spelled incorrectly. I wanted to know if this was done intentionally, or? I meant to ask the owner during NSXPO '03 but never got the opportunity.

Ciao...

Thank you again for the momento. It means so much more now with what is happening here in San Diego and the rest of Southern California. The fires have now claimed the life of one firefighter and has severely burned 3 others. This is devastating news. :( :( :( :( :( :(

http://www.signonsandiego.com/news/fires/20031029-1800-fires_evening.html

We are also discussing the fires in the Southwest forum here: http://www.nsxprime.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=24788&perpage=50&pagenumber=1

Re: Plates -- I believe it was intentional (since FERRARI was taken). I'll double-check with him.

Too bad you guys missed: NZO-WHO. That definitely would have had rev. things up with the other NSX owner here in San Diego (FERRARI.)

Great thread. I was unable to make it this year, but will be @ The Glen. My avatar is on my 91 and about 75% don't get it!!! Most common wrong gueas is "for you to mutilate" Thats NOT it!!! say it slow. I also liked seeing the diff exhausts in the pics too! No do you have pics to start "wheels of NSXPO 2003"!!!!!!

Hi Conrad,

You're very welcome. I'm so saddened by this.

I posted a reply there...

Ok, that makes sense... thanks for the follow up.

Wish I could have attended with my NSX, but here's mine:

Hi Vytas,

NICE PLATE! Will you be able to make it to Watkins Glen next year? Would be cool if you could make it.

It appears that NY (my plate) is the only state pictured here that has the seamless letter for custom plates. Everyone else has the raised letters. I like the raised letters better.

Ciao,

Miléd

If I'm not mistaken, I believe Missouri has raised letters for their normal plates, flat letters for their vanity plates.

But all the attendees from the "Show Me State" flew to the event, so their plates do not appear here.
