NSXPO 2011 Volunteers Wanted

As you know NSXPO 2011 will be in New Jersey this year and we need your help!
Alan Offise (Climberao) and myself as co-chairs for the event would like to meet with anyone who wants to be a part of the soon-to-be renoun event.

If you are planning on coming to the Northeast Holiday Dinner, then please arrive 20-30 minutes early to meet regarding the different ways you can be involved. From managing an entire part of the event to stuffing envelopes for registration to pre-driving the different fun-runs or helping with the NSXPO onsite registeration, we need you.

If you won't be at the dinner then PM either Alan or myself.

The event is being held in Central NJ with the Host Hotel in Langhorne PA. In order to attend NSXPO you will need to be a member of the NSXCA http://www.nsxca.org/nsxca/join/ membership is inexpensive and worth the cost since you get the added benefit of being notified about club events, a subscription to NSXDriver Magazine and a large family of friends with similar car interests.

The website for the event will be on line soon and will contain all the details about this exciting event.
We will also have a link to the event website here on NSXPrime but in the meantime join the club and welcome aboard :biggrin:

Some change of plans for me, and I might actually be able to make this event. :smile: If you need an MC, or at least an banquet host, I volunteer my services. I'll let the NSXPO 2010 Vegas attendees vouch for my abilities (or suckiness). :smile: Also if you need some guidance, I might be able to give you a few helpful hints from my experience with NSXPO 2010. Hint #1, be prepared to be exhausted out of your mind! :smile:

It is a lot of work but my recommendation is prepare too much rather than too little. You can't suffer from having too much preparation.

VegasSpeed - thank you for the words of advice - hopefully with both of us being obsessive planners we might actually be able to think of at least 75% of what we need to!


Vega$NSX - that's awesome that you might be able to make it here for NSXPO. We' d love to host some of you folks who crazily live in a nice warm climate instead of suffering here in the Northeast with snow and cold.

Please, we would love to hear about any advice you have regarding NSXPO. Feel free to PM with any thoughts, advice, ect.

Hopefully you might be able to drag a few more up from your area. We think you'll be surprised at how great this area can be; certainly have some awesome twisty roads for driving!
