NSXPO Accomidations

I noticed the accomadations had changed for the NSXPO. They were at Pointe South or something like that?? I may be hallucinating. I was ready to make reservations, and just wanted to make sure this was firmed up. If anyone knows for sure please let me know. Thanks. Can't wait to get there.

Yes, the hotel is confirmed and reservations are being accepted at the Embassy Suites in Phoenix. There was a change in the host hotel to make it more affordable for all attendees.

The host hotel has changed to the Embassy Suites Phoenix Scottsdale. You can make reservations at http://embassysuites.hilton.com/en/...2BDOEN3HRUCSGBIX2VCQKIYFCXUUC?ctyhocn=PHXPVES or by calling 602-765-5800 and mention the NSX Club. The rate is $129 per night.

I'm sweet talking to my wife Not to come with me on those days. (She doesn't speak too much to strangers and English is her second language.) She will probably meet me @ LA after nsxpo.

Anyone interested to share room with me (to keep the whole nsxpo cost down??)

Oct 6 and 11 are sold out - everything in between is still available. Ken, can you or whomever is appropriate add more rooms for those dates to the contract?

Heather (TucAZNSX) is in charge of the event and the hotel reservation. I just sent her an e-mail so that she can look into this.

I suspect that what's happened is that the hotel is not sold out, but rather, that we only blocked off a very small number of rooms for these nights (which are before NSXPO begins and after it ends). Those may have been taken, but we ought to be able to increase the size of our block.

I just spoke with the hotel and they said that in order to get our discounted rate on days prior or post to the actual dates, people need to call directly to the hotel. I guess their central reservation system does not give the discounted rate on the other days. :frown:

Sorry about all of the confusion, but the rate is still available. You just need to call 602-765-5800 on weekdays.
