All that aside however, higher birth rates are always prevalent with the poor. Just so happens this was categorized to illegals, but poorer none the less. Chalk it up to boredom, lack of education, or a case for survival.
In some countries, the more kids you have, the more chances your family has of people bringing in some money. The only difference is that in those countries the governments and tax payers aren't on the hook to pay for the extra kids.
Just my personal experience growing up in the Philippines and seeing/experiencing what poor really means.
