Oct 3rd drive

Mike, I don't know who all is going to show for this drive, but I might show up at the meet site just to see and decide from there. Was that your NSX in the paper last weekend? Gary

Yep, regretfully that was me Gary. Just wanted to get a feel what the demand was like, did receive a few offers but they were on the low side and I am not in a hurry to sell. I still might keep it as the car has been virtually trouble free except for the a/c evaporator. I will probably put off the repair until next year as the weather is getting cooler.
Anyways, I will check the website in the morning if anyone from the KS side wants to get together.
Robert, have you had the baby yet? If so, can you get away for a stress relief? :D

Well, I showed up, saw, and then left. There must have been 40-50 cars there. A few S2000's, a couple of RX7's, a Z06, and the remainder was the rice crowd. Too many for a fun drive as far as I'm concerned. Pete was there and was going on the drive so he can give us all a report. Gary :D

Well Gary's assessment was pretty close. The drive was more of a caravan. A lot of interstate mostly. Stopped in Clinton and met up with another 15 or so cars. From there were finally got on some back roads but there were a lot of cars and it made speed difficult. Somehow I ended in the front leadoing the group so at least I had clear road! When we got to Warsaw I heard someone lost it on a turn. Nothing too serious, he lost his body kit front and rear bumbers. I grabbed a burger and decided my best bet would be to head back. At least it was a great day to be out. Of the five other S2000's, four of the guys I had never met, so it was fun to finally meet them.

Pete

I'm game for either the 10th or the 17th. I just hope I am over this lousy pneumonia by then. Mike, glad to hear you did not sell your car. Anyone up for doing both days?
