oem coolant expansion tank

I was wondering if the oem coolant expansion tank , the brass neck area is suppose to wiggle left/right? @ normal operating temp?
i recently had this sent from SOS for an exchange with their aluminum tank that had a pinhole on the bead area. SOS was so helpful and couldn't repair the aluminum one so we went with a new oem tank. installed it and drove it for a month, and notice the neck part wiggling when i went to add a lil more coolant.

That should not wiggle.

absolutely not , what your moving is the brass sleeve / cap receptacle .

thank you both for the help. SOS is replacing it with another unit. SOS come thru as always.
