He never drank alone in the VIP room..
I'm sure we did! Did you make the drive from Michigan for NSXPO? I remember a blue NSX from MI at NSXPO 2010. My car is still the same since then. It's owner, on the other hand, just a bit older.Hey Fury - think we met briefly at NSXPO 2010 Las Wages. ? ?
DO LIKE to see the old guard post up.
Jeepers I know what you mean there. "My car is still the same since then. It's owner, on the other hand, just a bit older."I'm sure we did! Did you make the drive from Michigan for NSXPO? I'm jealous. My wife has told me that I can either get one of those or another NSX. Honestly, I'm torn. GREAT looking car !!doing my once a year drop in. Still talk almost daily to some of the people I met on this site in the early days. Sold my NSX when my second kid was born, #1 is driving now (doing AutoX with me in his Mini. Also took it to an HPDE @ Palmer last year), #2 has her permit. So it was my turn again. Would love to be back in an NSX but not at these prices. Sat on a waitlist for a year for an MSRP C8 instead. Did the black top as an homage to the NSX. Just got back from Ron Fellows Spring Mountain C8 Performance driving school, so time to sign the C8 up for some HPDEs.
I hate the Corvette stereotype, so I debadged it (even had custom center caps made with the logo from the German prog metal band Vanden Plas, not pictured). Around here, there are still quite a lot of people that don't know what it is. This is my first American car since 1987 (Dodge Daytona Shelby Z)

Get the NSX...you'll be happierI'm jealous. My wife has told me that I can either get one of those or another NSX. Honestly, I'm torn. GREAT looking car !!
You really won't. I miss my NSX every day and if I could buy it back for the same price I sold it for, I would also keep the c8. But with what they cost today (ie as much as a c8), the c8 runs circles around it in every way except weight and redline (unless you get your hands on a z06). And it's flappy paddle but I've gotten used to it. Picked up a 6mt Miata for track use, c8 consumable costs are $$$Get the NSX...you'll be happier
That is my goal....I'm quietly actively looking for another one....I just gotta be able to justify having another car and not selling something I already own.Get the NSX...you'll be happier
Run the SSSSSSSS at the track- that's what it's for! I'd relegate the Bee to club drives. She deserves some nice mountain roads in her old age.I just removed the compliance pivot clamps from the old bee....that signals the end of her track days...at 27 she is aging out of super model status...
