Oil leaks (?)

Last August, I purchased a '91 NSX from the original owner, who had good service records. It had about 30K on the odometer and was (and is) in good condition. I had a pre-purchase inspection done, which revealed some minor oil seepage. The cause of the leak is apparently the cam plugs. I have been quoted about 2k to go in, replace the cam plugs as well as the Tbelt (while they're in the neighborhood). My questions: Is this a fairly common issue and does 2 grand sound about right for this type of job? I live in So Cal and got the quote from Auto Wave in Huntington Beach. I have seen good posts regarding their work, which is why I took it there in the first place.

Yes, it is common for the cam plugs to leak a little. It is best to just wait and change them when you're changing the timing belt and water pump.

Just had all of my work done last week. The car is a '98 with 45K, but I had a 60K service, TB, water pump and cam plugs. The total package was around $2K. You're overdue.

I was also quoted around $2100.00 for TB, water pump, and cam seals replacement from the dealer. $1100.00(TB, water pump), $1000.00(cam sealsx4)
