sharing my tips on what i did, and maybe would work for others.
My pass recline motor stop working one day, so i decided to take off the cover for inspection , and found one of the magnets on one side of the cover was broken and came off. I didn't want to spend $300 on a new one if this one off ebay would work, so i took the risk.

only the covers are interchangeable. the guts inside will work, but you have to change it over. The sping loaded contact are bigger on the accord.
